The machine is mainly used in various types of materials such as ABS, PP, PE, PS etc. It can produce high output and is a suitable choice for making compounding & masterbatch. Moreover, there are a number of ways to produce the new pellets.
Firstly, producing from recycle regrind materials, producing coloring pellet by mixing ordinary pellet with color and producing masterbatch.
Traditional Standard Monitoring System or Intelligent Touch Screen Process Control.
Both systems are capable to fine tune the extrusion process. However, the intelligent touch screen interface allows easy monitoring of the production.
